Shenzhen Macktron Technology Limited, founded in 2006, manufactures printed circuit board with strong technical force, professional expertise and first-class precision processing equipments, with over 10 years of manufacturing experience, specialized knowledge and technical expertise, we provide award-winning printed circuit boards from 2-48 layers, help our customers bring high quality products to market quickly and cost-effectively, and Macktron has evolved into a significant global force as a PCB manufacturing partner for some of the worlds’ most recognizable brands.

The years following its inception, Macktron has kept true to its initial vision of being a technical leader in the marketplace, strategically positioned itself as a reputable supplier for the defense & aerospace, communication, industrial control, automotive, medical, energy and security markets for rigid, flexible and rigid-flex printed circuit boards from prototype to volume production.

Over the years, highly motivated and keen people joined the team and have contributed to the business growth so far as to become one of the most prestigious board houses in China. Makctron focuses on Production Quality Management and Quality Control, with the mission of “Quality is Life ”, we have received ISO9001, ISO14001 Environmental System and ISO/TS16949 Quality Management System. All products are awarded the UL certification and can meet IPC standards.

Presently Macktron has 2 self-contained factories located in Ji’an, Jiangxi Province and Dalian, Liaoning Province, total production capacity has been expanded to 60K square meters (650K square feet) per month, use leading edge technology, state of the art equipments, industry leading quality systems and an experienced workforce to produce the most challenging PCB’s. And we continue to invest in automation to connect our equipment, people and processes—improving productivity, quality and responsiveness, have set a policy to put 2.8% of gross revenue back into the company’s capital expenditures. Owing to that, our turnover achieved and passed the threshold of 110 M$ in 2017.

Key Milestones

Year 2006

  • Macktron founded in 16th Oct, with Ji’an Plant starting to make PCB

Year 2007

  • Set up Oversea Sales Department
  • Passed UL and ISO9001: 2000 certification in May and June
  • In July, passed “RoHS” certification
  • Held the 1st Anniversary celebration in 26 Dec

Year 2008

  • Attended the electronic exhibition hosted in Shanghai, China
  • Introduced ERP system, built foundation for Company’s information management
  • Attended the electronic exhibition hosted in Munich, Germany, expanding company’s existence from China to overseas markets

Year 2009

  • Set up Guangzhou sales office
  • Began to manufacture HDI PCBs

Year 2010

  • Set up Beijing sales office
  • Passed ISO/TS16949 certification and began to make automotive PCBs
  • Certified as “National High-Tech Company”

Year 2011

  • Recognized as one of Bao’an District’s fastest growing companies
  • Set up Chengdu and Tianjin sales office
    Passed ISO14001:2004 certification

Year 2012

  • Invested in Dalian Plant to meet an ever-increasing demand for complex PCB’s
  • Set up Wuhan and Changsha sales office
  • Adjusted product mix, expanded the capacity of high-layer-count PCB’s and high-end HDI products

Year 2013

  • Set up Shanghai sales office, and began to manufacture rigid-flex PCB’s
  • Held the completion ceremony of Dalian Plant, started to purchase production equipment

Year 2014

  • Dalian Plant went into operation on 15 Apr, stepping into “Prototype + small-to-medium volume + high volume production” one-stop service phase
  • Started to manufacture HDI boards massively

Year 2015

  • Applied invention patents for the technology that uses laser cutting in the production of rigid-flex PCB
  • Monthly output exceeded 30,000 square meters in June.2015

Year 2017

  • Sales turnover passed the threshold of 100 M$
  • Held the 10th Anniversary celebration on 28 Dec
