Conflict Minerals Free Purchasing Policy

“Conflict Minerals” means those minerals originating from the Democratic Republic of Congo (“DRC”) or adjoining countries (the “DRC Region”) , resulting in widespread human rights violations and environmental degradation. Generally, conflict minerals are meant Gold (Au), Tantalum (Ta), Tungsten (W) and Tin (Sn) these four minerals.

For the protection of human rights and the environment, Macktron Technology Limited hereon declares that we will not purchase nor support to use conflict minerals. Besides, we shall require our suppliers to comply with obligations under Conflict Minerals law and regulations and convey this policy to their sub suppliers.
